We Empower...

We believe support should be built around the environments people move through every day.

That’s why Discover More focuses on the places where better wellbeing matters most—at work, in education, and within local communities.

THE WORLD OF WORK

The way we work has changed, and so have the pressures we face.

We help organisations support their people with meaningful, personalised tools that go beyond the typical tick-box wellness programme.

Published data shows that mental health issues in the workplace are costing the UK economy £57.4bn every year.

Whilst there are many wellbeing tools aimed at business, most are 'self serve' meaning that it is up to the employee to pick from a list offered by their employer. No wonder there is high attrition and poor continuity of use.

STUDENT LIFE

Between classes, deadlines, and finding your place in the world—student life can be a lot. We help higher education providers support mental health in ways that feel personal, practical, and genuinely proactive.

Mental health issues amongst students have seen a five fold increase in the past ten years. In 2022 a study found that 57% of higher education students self-reported a mental health issue. On average each UK university spent £1.2m on mental health services in the academic year 2023/24  - in some cases an increase of 600%

COMMUNITY CONNECTIONs

Not everyone knows where to turn when they need help—and that’s where support in your community can make a real difference. We make local support accessible and visible by using a smart, personalised approach to connect people to resources.

Our experience of offering events, activities and resources through the 45 libraries in Suffolk led us to commission an independent study by Moore KIngston Smith that clearly showed the social value attributed to these activities, returning over £6.00 for every £1.00 invested.
