In a world of generic advice, Discover More combines a proven mental health methodology with intelligent technology, offering personalised, non-clinical recommendations for events, activities and services in your community.
These social connections are vital for maintaining and improving wellbeing, positively impacting mental health, emotional resilience and even physical health.
Where we believe understanding your feelings is the first step towards better wellbeing.
WELCOME TO

The Feeltech revolution...
The virtuous circle of Feeltech

The idea for Feeltech was inspired by the strong social connections created by public libraries. These connections enable communities to retain and improve their wellbeing through hyper-local peer support, social activities, and a huge range of other support. This approach was pioneered by the charity Suffolk Libraries which wholly owns our Discover More technology.
Having seen the huge impact of social connection on communities Suffolk Libraries has recently decided to broaden its charitable aims to focus on community wellbeing inside and outside the library.
The new charity replacing Suffolk Libraries is called Suffolk Together and will continue its mission to support people across Suffolk’s communities. Discover More aims to fund the work of Suffolk Together creating a virtuous circle where we are supporting communities with our charitable work and customers with our unique and highly impactful technology.

Through a simple two-step process, we help people better understand how they’re feeling—and what they might need next.
STEP 1
Understand the Person
Users complete a short series of questions designed to explore their emotional state, needs, and preferences.
These questions are based on the validated Suffolk Mind Emotional Needs Audit (ENA), offering a reliable picture of current wellbeing.
Deliver Personalised Support
Our AI algorithm maps the results against relevant events, activities, and resources—serving up tailored recommendations that meet the user’s needs.
As it learns from feedback and usage over time, recommendations become even more accurate, meaningful, and hyper-local.
STEP 2
Discover More isn’t just another wellbeing tool—it’s a personalised, evolving support system that can integrate with other services, like employee assistance programmes or community resources.
What sets us apart is our ability to provide deeply tailored recommendations that support people where they live or work, helping them to maintain positive wellbeing through better social connections.

We believe support should meet people where they are, and grow with them.

Tim qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in London before moving into a group finance role at a subsidiary of global quoted media group WPP plc. Over the course of his career within WPP Group he held various roles including Finance Director of Research International in the UK, Group project head for the software
specification, development and implementation of a global cost management and reporting system, European Finance Director and COO for Landor Associates, and Regional Managing Director for Landor Associates in the Middle East. In this last role he set up the regional operation from a greenfield site in Dubai, and grew the team to twenty two multi-disciplinary professionals over three years, leading the new business development and brand strategy with key blue chip clients.
Tim moved to New Zealand with his family in 2004 where he bought a small print production company and evolved it into a brand agency, working with a range of clients in both New Zealand and Australia. Tim was a member of the government backed New Zealand Mentors team – providing business advice and guidance to a range of small businesses. During this time he also co-founded a tech based marketing company using leading edge Bluetooth and near field technology.
Returning to the UK in 2015 to support ageing family members he worked as a portfolio Marketing Director through umbrella marketing company The Marketing Centre. This was where he first worked with Suffolk Libraries and Bruce Leeke. Tim has been a key part of the development of Discover More since its inception both as an idea as well as a product.

Officer

Until June 2025, Bruce was Chief Executive of Suffolk Libraries, the first UK library service to become an independent charity. It was the library service that inspired Discover More with its unique, locally based approach enabling people to make social connections that maintained and improved their wellbeing. Bruce soon realised how powerful these 'every day' interventions were and wanted to find a way to enable even more people to benefit from them. This is what drove his vision to start a Feeltech revolution that makes a real, positive, and lasting difference to people's lives.
Bruce started his career in international conferences working for international media companies Emap and Lexis Nexis before moving to the charity sector, becoming COO and then Chief Executive of the Institute of Fundraising. He then became St John Ambulance's Regional Director responsible for all commercial and charitable activities in the East of England and East Midlands and led innovation and new thinking at the charity.
